Registration is complimentary. There is not a charge to register and attend DataSecAI Conference 2025.

Is there an age requirement to attend DataSecAI Conference 2025?

You must be 21 years of age or older to attend DataSecAI Conference 2025.

Do I need to be a current customer of Cyera to attend?

No! DataSecAI Conference 2025 is for Cyera customers, prospective customers, partners, and industry experts. If you’re not a customer yet, this is your chance to meet our experts, hear directly from current customers, and discover how this special ecosystem can advance your Data and AI security strategy.

What is the DataSecAI Conference 2025 health and safety policy?

For the health and safety of all attendees we ask that you please do not attend this event in-person if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or other communicable illnesses. COVID-19 vaccines are not required to attend DataSecAI Conference 2025.

Where can I find a justification letter to attend DataSecAI Conference 2025?

Please go to datasecai.io/justification-letter to access a letter you can use to seek approval to attend from your manager or company.

What is the deadline to register?

Registration is available until November 7, 2025.

Where is the Hyatt Regency Dallas?

The Hyatt Regency Dallas is located in downtown Dallas, Texas. Its address is 300 Reunion Blvd E, Dallas, TX 75207. It is conveniently situated near major attractions, sports venues, and convention centers in the city.

How do I make changes to my hotel reservation?

To make changes to your hotel reservation, please email global.events@cyera.io and one of the Event Concierge Team members will confirm your changes.

What are the Hyatt Regency Dallas check-in and check out times?

Check in is 4:00pm CT, and check out is 11:00am CT.

Which airport do I fly into?

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is about 19 miles from Hyatt Regency Dallas and Dallas Love Field (DAL) is about 7 miles from Hyatt Regency Dallas.

Are hotel accommodations provided?

The hotel nightly rate, taxes, and associated fees will be covered on Nov. 12 & 13 for qualified registrants. Incidental charges to the hotel room will not be hosted or covered by DataSecAI Conference 2025. The DataSecAI Conference 2025 will not host hotel nights for any sales leaders, consultants, marketing, or sponsoring organizations.

Can I extend my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas?

If you would like to extend your stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas at your own expense, please indicate your preferred dates during registration. Extensions are subject to availability.

Is ground transportation provided to and from the airport?

Transportation costs are not hosted within registration for general attendees. For those not local to Dallas, we suggest using a ride share or taxi from DFW or DAL airport to the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

I am local to Dallas. Is my parking complimentary with my registration and attendance?

Parking is complimentary at the Hyatt Regency Dallas for qualified registrants on Nov. 12, 13, and 14 (if attending a Certification course). The DataSecAI Conference 2025 will not host parking for any sales leaders, consultants, marketing, or sponsoring organizations.

May I bring a guest?

You are welcome to bring a guest who may join the conference during networking meals (Nov. 13), the Welcome Dinner & Party (Nov. 12), and the Closing Reception (Nov. 13). You will need to register your guest during your personal registration process.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for this event is business casual.
‍

What will the weather be like in Dallas in November?

Daily temperatures for Dallas in November have highs of 57°F (14°C) and lows of 49°F (9°C).

Is there a fitness center onsite?

The hotel features a StayFit™ Gym, which is available 24 hours a day. This spacious facility is equipped with a variety of cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. Additionally, the gym offers amenities such as loaner Bose headsets and flat-screen TVs to enhance your workout experience.

Does my attendance qualify for CPE Credits?

After attending DataSecAI Conference 2025 on November 12 & 13, you are eligible to earn up to 16 CPE Credits. Additional CPE Credits are available if you attend a Fundamentals Certification on November 14.

You must request your CPE Credit Confirmation letter at global.events@cyera.io between November 17 and December 19, 2025. After December 19, 2025 we will no longer be able to provide a CPE Credit Confirmation letter.

Am I guaranteed a seat in either the DSPM Fundamentals Certification or Security for AI Fundamentals Certification courses?

Seats are limited and not guaranteed because you have registered. You will be notified with a final confirmation of your approved attendance in your selected Fundamentals Certification course shortly after you have been approved to attend DataSecAI Conference 2025. If you are not approved to attend the course on November 14th, an alternative virtual course will be offered.

Am I eligible to attend the Cyera CISO Advisory Board or the Technical Advisory Board meetings on November 12 if I register for DataSecAI Conference 2025?

Attendance at the Advisory Board meetings on November 12th are by invitation only.

Will DataSecAI Conference 2025 be live streamed?

Should the DataSecAI Conference 2025 be live streamed, an announcement will be made in early November. Please reach out to global.events@cyera.io if you would like to be placed on a tentative waitlist for live stream attendance.

To cancel your attendance at DataSecAI Conference 2025 please email global.events@cyera.io or you can adjust your registration in the registration portal.
